Each unit is equipped with a posted speed limit sign and options for K-band radar with a digital display to increase driver speed awareness. Digital displays show bold numeric characters or short, excessive-speed messages to deter unsafe speeds.
These systems are designed to be deployed by a single officer and feature a touchscreen control unit to easily configure speed settings and warning messages. Complete with onboard batteries and solar recharging, trailers are ideal for short and long-term interdiction and investigatory missions alike.
Vetted’s ALPR Speed Trailers are designed for portability. Built for rapid deployment, these compact, trailers are easy to tow and utilize a simple winch system enabling a single-person setup scenario. Plus, the onboard touch screen control and keyboard make setup a breeze.
These DOT-approved trailers are roadside ready and employ a continuous welded steel frame design and aircraft-grade powder coat finish to withstand the elements. The battery box and ALPR controls are enclosed in a ventilated and secured cabinet.
