Florida Sheriffs Association Executive Leadership Conference and Fleet Exposition

The Florida Police Chiefs Association (FPCA) is one of the largest state police chiefs associations in the U.S., representing more than 1,000 law enforcement executives and members across Florida. Founded in 1952, FPCA supports agencies statewide by providing a unified voice on legislative issues, advancing public safety initiatives, and delivering ongoing training, education, and professional development for law enforcement leadership.

The 2026 FPCA Summer Conference brings together chiefs, command staff, and public safety partners from across the state for a week of executive-level learning, networking, and collaboration. The event features educational sessions, industry exhibits, and discussions focused on the latest trends, tools, and strategies shaping modern policing and public safety operations.
