Warranty Coverage Statement

Vetted Security Solutions LLC (“Vetted”) provides tiered hardware warranty coverage, governed by the specific terms and conditions outlined on the customer’s official estimate, quote, or invoice. The applicable warranty level, duration, and scope are determined solely by what is stated in that document. Warranty coverage applies only to the original end user and begins on the date of shipment or installation—whichever comes first.

Warranty Variants

  1. 12-Month Parts and Labor Warranty
    Covers both parts and labor for eligible repairs for 12 months. Includes factory diagnostics, part replacement, and system reassembly for covered items. Customer is responsible for shipping items to Vetted; return shipping is covered on approved claims.
  2. 90-Day Parts and Labor Warranty
    Covers parts and labor for eligible items for 90 days. Offers the same level of service as the 12-month warranty but for a shorter term, often used for refurbished or limited-deployment systems.
  3. 12-Month Parts-Only Warranty
    Covers eligible hardware components for 12 months. Labor for diagnostics, installation, and repair is not included and is the responsibility of the customer or service partner.
  4. 90-Day Parts-Only Warranty
    Covers eligible parts only for 90 days. No labor or factory service is included. Typically applied to accessory-level items or specially quoted hardware.
  5. OEM Warranty Only – No Vetted Warranty
    Some systems or components may be governed exclusively by the original equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty. In such cases, no warranty is provided by Vetted, and the customer is responsible for initiating claims directly with the OEM. Vetted may assist in coordination when requested but assumes no liability for third-party performance or resolution outcomes.

Important Disclaimers

Warranty coverage is strictly limited to the terms listed on the official Vetted estimate, quote, or invoice.

Third-party components and accessories not manufactured by Vetted are covered solely by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Use of non-Vetted-certified parts or components not purchased through Vetted or its authorized distributors voids all Vetted warranty coverage.

Vetted is not responsible for delays, outcomes, or failures related to OEM warranty processes, but may offer administrative assistance in warranty coordination.

A valid RMA number is required for all warranty returns.

Warranty repairs are processed within 14 business days of item receipt at Vetted’s facility.

Repaired equipment is covered under either a 6-month extension or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

General Terms

This warranty is the exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Vetted shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product failure, system downtime, or operational disruption.

No representative or agent of Vetted is authorized to modify warranty terms except through a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of Vetted.
