Schedule Training

Once you have received your new trailer and installed the hitch and cameras, you are ready to schedule training. 

  • If onsite training was purchased with the trailer, please reach out to the Vetted customer success manager for scheduling.

  • If onsite training was not purchased, please coordinate initial deployment time with the Vetted remote support team to assist in using the support information outlined above.

  • Please ensure you have Agency Manager POC, Config File for Agency Account for the trailer, and SIM card specific to Router/Modem IMEI number prior to the scheduling of onsite or remote training and/or assistance.
