Once you have received your new trailer and installed the hitch and cameras, you are ready to schedule training.
If onsite training was purchased with the trailer, please reach out to the Vetted customer success manager for scheduling.
If onsite training was not purchased, please coordinate initial deployment time with the Vetted remote support team to assist in using the support information outlined above.
Please ensure you have Agency Manager POC, Config File for Agency Account for the trailer, and SIM card specific to Router/Modem IMEI number prior to the scheduling of onsite or remote training and/or assistance.
