Prior to the start of labor: #
- Acquire site/pole location from PO or supervisor.
- Determine if there is an existing pole, or if one will be added to this location.
- Verify the job requirements and the number of resources needed.
- Verify dimensions of poles and mounting equipment.
- Determine the required solar panel angle for maximum power production and if facing the panels to the south will work in the desired location.
- Inspect the ALPR pole for damage and ensure it is correctly implanted into the ground.
- Verify that the required tools (including ladders, bucket trucks, or other heavy equipment) are present and can be used to complete the job.
- Estimate the amount of time the labor will take.
