At the completion of each installation, an equipment delivery form should be executed by each customer after verifying that all equipment has been successfully delivered to the agency location. A proof of delivery form does not mean all sites are operational, only that all equipment has been successfully delivered to your site.
· On completion of installation, please inspect all locations to ensure they are in line with expectations in site survey documentation.
· The installation crew will depart once the delivery form is executed.
· Operations Team will send a close-out email/package once all sites are confirmed operational.
