Certain problems prompt TechAlert to send you an automatic email alert. For example, if your ALPR system has not read a plate in the past hour, you will receive an email notification. When an ALPR stops reading plates, it could indicate that a camera is out of position, out of focus, or blocked in some manner.
If your ALPR system loses its Internet connection, you will also receive an email alert. This is a serious problem, as the ALPR cannot transmit any plate reads or activity logs to the server without Internet connectivity. In this scenario, we recommend that you submit a Support Ticket or phone (727) 440-3245 for assistance.
