Solar Panel Installation Parts #
- Solar Panel(s) at correct rated wattage
- Solar Panel frame/carrier with required hardware
- T-top pole mount at correct diameter for pole (If the panel is top mounted)
- Side mounting brackets and hardware (If the panel is mounted on side of the pole)
- Cross-through pole that mounts through T-top
- Hardware and U-style bolts with saddle clamps for the cross-through pole
- Y connectors with weatherproof male and female ends that match the solar panel connectors
- 10AWG wire at proper length (<30’) to run from solar connectors to Battery Box
- Correct size crimp connectors to connect the wire to Battery Box
Battery Box Installation Parts #
- Fixed tray with legible ID label that has passed QC inspection and gone through burn-in
- Battery Box enclosure with the required hardware for pole mounting to include U-brackets
- Straps to position the box to pole and hold the box in place for mounting
- Victron solar charge controller at proper rating
- GPS/LTE antenna (Attached to the enclosure)
- (2) 12v or 24v lithium batteries (ensure there is terminal hardware with each)
- 10AWG wires and (6) yellow 5/16” ring crimp connectors for battery installation
- Active SIM card
- 24v fan
- Metal hose clamp ties (banding straps)
- (2) ¾” cable pass-through glands
- V.E. Direct cable that goes from solar charger to USB for PC
Camera Installation Parts #
- Correct cameras that have been configured
- Proper length camera cables
- Ram balls (to match qty of cameras)
- Camera mounting brackets with C-clamp attachments and hardware
- Camera sun shrouds (to match qty of cameras)
