As previously discussed, a problem is a record of single “read”, or check, of an ALPR system component that is either not working (e.g., the ALPR has lost its Internet connection), or not working properly (e.g., the power supply’s voltage is too low).
You may wish to review problem records periodically to see what their current status is: PROBLEM or RESOLVED.
You may also to check the problem’s Ack column to determine if a Vetted Support Engineer has acknowledged the problem yet: Yes = Acknowledged; No = Unacknowledged.
