Starlink Case Quick Deployment Guide

  • Open case, add power supply, and router into slots in foam.

  • Plug in the power supply and router into the outlet on the wall, and plug in the Ethernet cable to jack on metal wall and power supply.

  • Pass through external Ethernet cable and plug into metal wall.

  • Plug in antenna cable to power supply and pass it through both walls.

  • Plug in antenna, place it on the top of the case, drop the rubber water seal over cap and tighten.

  • Plug in the Ethernet and connect the AC plug to a power source.

STOW INSTRUCTIONS #
  • Make sure to set Starlink antenna to stow mode on your devise.

  • Remove antenna from the top of the case, unplug the AC Power, antenna cable, and internal cables from the power supply and router.

  • Remove the foam insert with the power supply and router.

  • Place the antenna into the case as shown in the picture.

  • Place the foam insert on top of the antenna as shown in the picture.

  6. Press send to notify our help desk, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you have provided.
  7. Once the ticket is updated/ or closed, it will send you an email notifying you that the support request has been modified/ or completed.
